Yes, the Clenergise app enables remote monitoring and control of your inverter, manage its performance conveniently from anywhere. 
How can I reset a forgotten password?
Please click "Forgot your password" on the app's homepage and enter your email to receive a verification code for resetting your password. 
How to download the Clenergise APP?

There are 2 ways to download the Clenergise APP:

  1. Scan the QR code  from the Clenergy ESS website
  2. Search “Clenergise” in Google Play or IOS Store
How many battery packs can a hybrid inverter (TNK PV5/6 & TNK CGH series) support?
One single hybrid inverter can support up to 8 battery packs in parallel, with a maximum total capacity of 40 kWh.
Can the TNK CGS series battery be installed outdoors?
Yes, the TNK CGS series battery features an IP66 protection rating, ensuring reliable performance in diverse and harsh outdoor environments.
The LED indicators of the inverter are showing an abnormal status for a long time (e.g., Solid Red light).

Can I customize the battery charge/discharge times?
Absolutely, you can set custom schedules for battery charging and discharging based on your preference via ToU (time of use) setting. 
What is the EPS Mode?
EPS Mode stands for Emergency Power Supply mode. It allows the inverter to power home’s critical loads seamlessly during a grid outage, functioning as an independent backup power source.
